These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 987jili ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the 987jili website and mobile application.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on the 987jili platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or promotional terms that may be published on the platform from time to time.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 987jili for violations of these Terms.

987jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may register one account only on the 987jili platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 987jili is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 987jili support immediately.

987jili reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or any violation of these Terms.

987jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed where 987jili has reasonable grounds to conduct additional checks, including anti-money laundering reviews.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• All funds deposited must be your own. Use of funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a processing period. 987jili will endeavor to process approved withdrawals promptly, but does not guarantee specific processing times.
• 987jili reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse.
• Currency on the platform is Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Any currency conversion costs are borne by the player.
• 987jili does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

987jili may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 987jili promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless otherwise stated.

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All games on 987jili use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The house edge for each game is disclosed within the game information section. 987jili does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published house edge.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 987jili will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. • Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 987jili staff or other players;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account.

987jili provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of elapsed session time at intervals of their choosing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

The 987jili name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 987jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

987jili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

987jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

987jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In the event of a dispute between you and 987jili, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

987jili's decisions on all gaming matters — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions — are final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
